Happy Father's Day!

Some Grandpa's are the type to take their Grandchildren to a park and then sit on a bench under a nice shady tree and just watch them play.

Not my Dad!

In every activity he is playing with them, giggling, laughing, enjoying them as much as they enjoy life. Lucy, you remember don't you... at Wendy's wedding. He got on the dance floor and cut a rug with you and Hailey and Allie. And he played in the back yard with Jack and Grant when they tried to get him wet with a hose. He's played toys with all his Grandchildren and hiked, and told stories, and yes even if he has to nap with them, he'll do it. That's just how he rolls. Joy asked if I was surprised at how involved and energetic Dad is with all our kids.
Nope, I think he's just finally gotten a great enough group of kids to play with. After all, our kids are the best, and they do have the best Grandpa!
