P.S. Thacker said "Happy" so well for this video and I got so excited about it and kept congratulating him on it that the rest of the day he would babble zdfg;jdfgfg, Happy, Ssg;kjhwrehrb, Happy. It was hilarious.

Happy Birthday Pops!
Happy Birthday ol' man. Yes, we didn't create a colage for you like we did for mom... but thats just because we didn't want to seem predictable. You never know what you'll get with this group. But We love you Dad! Happy 85th birthday... or was it 86? Ah well, who can keep track these days.
Thanks for:
* Never letting us go camping un-prepared
* teaching us how to do taxes
* going to work every morning
* worthily holding the priesthood
* always asking for socks for Christmas
* owning a hottub
* "Yahoo'ing" & "Wahoo'ing" louder than all the other Dad's at Seven Peaks
and last but not least
* Supporting us in all of our get rich schemes... like college.. and our jobs

Ode to the Peach
The best part of summer, besides having bare feet.
Is the fruit that has ripedned and is ready to eat.
My favorite fruit tree stands proudly and ready on my front lawn
No longer waiting for this favorite to sing"its ready" song.
We pick it and pluck it and count each lovely round peach
The orb peels easy, soon juice runs down and out of reach.
We place it sliced in bowls for family to saver this perfection
Some add milk, som cream, some nothing at all, it needs no correction
I have shared this with others cause we have more and to spare
Hope you get to ear yours, Its the perfect summer fare.

What we've been up to in Holland
Hi guys!
It's been a while since my first post. Sorry for that. Truth be told, sometimes I felt like posting something, but I read about the terrible loss of Lucy and posting about my adventures seemed insensitive. I do want to wish Vic and Molly all the strength and love in the world. I've never met Lucy, but even from the pictures I saw she just seemd a radiant little girl. I hope she keeps spreading happiness from where she is now.
We've had quite a busy summer. We went to Greece in may, which was wonderfull. It's funny that we can be in a totally different country with a different language in 2 or 3 hours flying. Also there are so many country's whitin reach. That alone makes the US feel like an huge place.
Actually a friend of ours got married in Vegas (no worries, she planned the whole thing) and lives in Boston now. To bad we couldn''t make it because of work. If we did, we would absolutely have visited you guys! Well, whon knows, maybe next year.
The rest of the summer it was work, work work! I produced a summer talkshow on the beach (well beach, actually a city beach, they are quite happening in europe). Of course that was more work than I barganned for. It was great fun though and a huge succes! The rest of the sumemr I have been prepping for the new televsion season. Even though we are a local station, everyone takes it pretty seriously. So there I was, with my collegue's on holiday, being responsible for all the new programs. Pretty stressfull, but also a lot of fun.
Also I went to my first premier league soccer game. In Amsterdam our club Ajax is pretty big (that's probably an understatement!), I guess about as big as your baseball or american football clubs. Everyone takes it so seriously, it's just fun being in the stadion watching all the fans.
The thing that is not big here is miniture golf. I went with some friends the other day and I was so dissapointed! I was expecting waterfalls, windmills and clowns that open and close their mouth (and impossible to get the ball in, especially in the par!) But it was plain, no decoration and no challenges! Don't ask how I managed to still end third instead of fouth, because it was a peace of cake compared to the ones you have!
Well in other news :), Lodewijk sprained his back on a location job. He's been at home way to long now. I guess walking around with a 10 kilo camera on his shoulder finally took it's toll. He;s finally making progress with physical therapy and I hope he's back on the job in about two weeks. My brother asked his girlfriend to marry him, so next summer there will be a wedding. She's quite anxious, 'cause she already picked the dress.
Also, after a summer of hard work we are going back to Greece in october. Crete this time. I've been there before and loved it so much I just have to share it with Lodewijk.
Well, enough writing, picture time!
Peggy, congrats on the diploma!
Hope you guys are all doing well, love always!

Getting ready for the summer talkshow. We
do all our stunts oursleves!

Playing miniture golf, as you can see, nothing fancy
going on in this court. It's a nice park though!
Btw, Lodewijk on the bal, Joachem and Irena at the
bench. They are good friends of ours.
At the Amsterdam Arena for some serious soccer
My friend Debby came along. I did put in the effort
to wear the club colours, even though it's not the
official shirt (it should be though, much cuter!)
This is our rental car in Greece. Looks a little
out of place I thought.
Looking at baby olives. Apperently they grow on
a tree, not a jar.
Our humble home for the week
Everyone looks great in the greek sun!
Feta cheese in the making
